UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs for web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure user-centric design solutions.
• Continuously refine and improve designs based on feedback and user behavior.
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives—designing festive posts, promotional creatives, carousel posts, and technical videos to strengthen the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research.
• Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX).
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience in the technology/software development industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing design (social media creatives, video editing, carousel design) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
