Job Description

Position Overview

UI/UX Designer


Key Responsibilities

  • UI/UX Design:

     
  • Design user-friendly, modern, and responsive interfaces for

    Web, Android, and iOS applications

    . 
  • Develop

    user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

    . 
  • Ensure consistency in design language, accessibility, and usability across platforms. 

  • Unity 3D & Avatar Design:

     
  • Create and design

    3D avatars, animations, and interactive characters

    using Unity 3D. 
  • Collaborate with the AI/video generation team to design

    interactive avatars for real-time video and AR/VR experiences

    . 
  • Develop

    immersive user interactions

    combining 2D and 3D elements. 

  • Collaboration & Strategy:

     
  • Work closely with

    product managers, developers, and AI engineers

    to bring design concepts to life. 
  • Conduct

    user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions

    to refine experiences. 
  • Stay updated with

    UI/UX trends, AR/VR design standards, and emerging 3D interaction techniques

    . 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • UI/UX Design Expertise:

     
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating

    Web, Android, and iOS application design

    . 
  • Proficiency in design tools such as

    Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop

    . 
  • Knowledge of

    material design guidelines

    (Android) and

    human interface guidelines

    (iOS). 

  • Unity 3D & Interactive Design:

     
  • Hands-on experience with

    Unity 3D, Blender, Maya, or similar 3D tools

    . 
  • Knowledge of

    avatar creation, animation, shaders, AR/VR integrations, and video rendering pipelines

    . 
  • Understanding of

    interactive video generation

    workflows and AI-driven avatar systems (preferred). 

  • Soft Skills:

     
  • Strong creative, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. 
  • Passion for building

    engaging, futuristic, and human-centered experiences

    . 

 

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

  • Experience in

    motion design and video editing tools

    (After Effects, Premiere Pro). 
  • Familiarity with

    AI-based design tools and generative video/avatars

    . 
  • Knowledge of

    WebGL, Three.js, Unreal Engine, or ARKit/ARCore

    . 

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in

    Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

    . 
  • 2+ years of experience in

    UI/UX design

    across Web and Mobile platforms. 
  • 1–2 years of hands-on

    Unity 3D design/development

    experience.
