UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience in designing digital products and services, your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements. - Illustrating design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Designing graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. - Building page navigation buttons, search fields, and UI mockups and prototypes. - Creating original graphic designs and presenting drafts to internal teams and stakeholders. - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems for optimal user experience. - Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and images. To excel in this position, you should possess: - A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in design software like Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems. - Experience in designing interfaces for BPM, SaaS, and CRM applications. - Team player with the ability to work independently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities. - Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position that offers flexible working hours, a 5-day work week, and the opportunity for additional compensation for an extra day spent in the office. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in UX design, HTML5, and one year of relevant work experience are required.
