Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer Specialist located in Indore. The UI/UX Designer Specialist will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for various enterprise applications. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conducting user research, and collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation. The specialist will also be involved in usability testing and making iterative design improvements based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• 5+ Year of Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
