UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer and Developer, your primary responsibility is to design and develop user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements, ensuring that the designs align with user needs and business objectives. Your role will also involve creating responsive and adaptive interfaces for diverse screen sizes and devices, conducting user research and usability testing, and contributing to or building a consistent design system. Key Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms to enhance user experience. - Translate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs into functional and interactive interfaces. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine user requirements. - Develop responsive and adaptive interfaces for various screen sizes and devices. - Create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Convert UI designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. - Utilize TypeScript to develop scalable and maintainable codebases. - Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate designs. - Analyze feedback and usage data to improve user experience. - Contribute to or build a consistent design system for brand consistency and reusable components. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git. - Basic knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.
