UI/UX Designer

You will be responsible for UI/UX design and development, creating user interfaces that offer a seamless experience on both web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve translating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs into interactive interfaces. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with user needs and business objectives. Your tasks will include developing responsive and adaptive interfaces for various screen sizes and devices. You will create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. In terms of front-end development, you will be responsible for converting UI designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Additionally, you will utilize TypeScript to develop scalable and maintainable codebases. User research and testing are integral to your role, as you will conduct usability testing to refine and validate designs. You will also analyze feedback and usage data to enhance the user experience. You may contribute to or build a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency and reusable components. Staying updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies is essential to bring innovative solutions to projects. As for qualifications and skills, you should have at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular are required. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles, version control tools like Git, and basic knowledge of accessibility and usability principles are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS/LESS), knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Lottie), familiarity with backend integration (REST APIs, GraphQL), and experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Soft skills such as strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, aesthetics, problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines are highly valued for this role.,
