Job Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centric design solutions for our digital products. With over 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital products, you will showcase your expertise in various design tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for both web and mobile applications. - Design responsive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience. - Maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries for consistency. - Mentor junior designers and manage multiple design projects effectively. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Miro. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end frameworks is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX strategy and visual design.
