We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, creating seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs consistent with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
