UI/UX designer

Role Overview: As a UX Designer at our company, your role will involve executing projects from a UX perspective by identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. You will be responsible for building prototypes to validate and test the designs, as well as presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders. Additionally, you will define functionality, navigation, interaction models, and visual design, while creating UX deliverables like wireframes, user journeys, and flows. Collaboration with teams to ensure projects are delivered as per specifications and staying updated on ongoing technology and trends will be crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions from a UX perspective - Build prototypes to validate and test designs - Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders - Define functionality, navigation, interaction models, and visual design - Create UX deliverables such as wireframes, user journeys, and flows - Collaborate with teams to ensure project delivery meets specifications - Stay updated on ongoing technology and trends in UX design Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of work experience in designing web and mobile applications - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and XD - Strong online portfolio showcasing previous design work - Degree in Design or a related field from a reputable institute preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for articulating ideas to stakeholders - Ability to understand business problems, identify key challenges, formalize problems, and prototype solutions - Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results - Self-motivation, flexibility, collaboration, and eagerness to learn Company Additional Details: If you join our team, you will have the opportunity to work in the IT sector on a full-time basis at our Faridabad location.
