Type: Full-time / Internship (Based on skill)

About the Project

We are building OTRAS (One-Time Registration & Application System) — a next-generation GovTech platform focused on government exam applicants, digital governance, and citizen-centric systems.
The project is supported through Vignan University Incubation Center and is being prepared for government pilot implementations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design simple, clean, government-grade user interfaces for:

• Web platforms
• Dashboards
• Mobile-first layouts

This role is not about flashy designs — it’s about clarity, accessibility, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for web & mobile (OTRAS platform)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows
• Design dashboards for government/admin users
• Ensure accessibility & usability for rural users
• Work closely with developers & founder
• Maintain consistency across screens
• Prepare designs for real-world deployment (not just concepts)

Required Skills

• Figma (mandatory)
• Basic UX principles (user flow, hierarchy)
• Mobile-first design approach
• Understanding of clean, government-style UI
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly

Good to Have

• Experience with GovTech / EdTech / SaaS
• Knowledge of typography & color systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional)
• Internship / academic projects accepted

Who Can Apply

Stipend / Salary

• Internship: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 / month
• Full-time (Junior): ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 / month
