Role & responsibilities * Design UI, wireframes, user journey for all internal websites, app and other internal digital products. * Proven experience collaborating with developers to seamlessly integrate design concepts and ensure technical feasibility *Highly proficient in Figma, showcasing a track record of creating detailed UI/UX designs and efficient use of its feature *Expertise in developing scalable design systems within Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design workflows and product development *Familiarity with usability testing and a commitment to a user- centered design approach, incorporating feedback to enhance the overall user experience *Proven ability to adapt to changing design trends and technologies, coupled with a proactive and innovative mindset to contribute fresh ideas to the design process *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
