UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Goregaon (5 days work from office)

Experience: 2 -3 yrs

Note: Looking for candidates with min 2 yrs of experience specifically in Product/Saas Product Designing.

Responsibilities:

●     Understand product requirements and user psychology

●     Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and screen flows for modules

●     Creating product prototypes

●     Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

●     Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

●     Create personas through user research and data

●     Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the engineering team

●     Conduct surveys to gather user and client feedback

●     Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience

●     Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success

●     Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

●     Conducting competitor and customer analysis

Requirement and Skills:

●     2 to 3 years of relevant experience

●     Strong portfolio of design projects

●     Proficient in design tools: preferably Figma.

●     Ability to build prototypes with interactions

●     Product-minded approach and problem-solving skills

●     Solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles

●     Analytical mind with business acumen

●     Excellent communication skills

●     Team Player
