UI/UX Designer

The UX/UI Designer will contribute to various design deliverable needs for our grant management products and guide the creation of a design system for products, including the maintenance of a component library, in preparation for the products" expansion. You should have prior experience working with and contributing to design systems and fluency with Figma. Your responsibilities will include working effectively with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers, overseeing and maintaining accountability for the successful creation and maintenance of the design system, taking the primary role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction, facilitating meetings, demonstrating brainstorming, and interacting with team members across the product development spectrum. You should also be a strong advocate for the value of strong design and a consistent user experience across product lines and be curious about ongoing product research, integrating research insights into design decisions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in a design-related field. - Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a design system from scratch. - Fluent proficiency in Figma (or similar prototyping and design tools). - Basic understanding of at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, etc.). - Strong experience collaborating with developers and designers.
