UI/UX Designer

We enable growth stage eCommerce brands build and manage personalised storefronts for each user segment across Paid search, paid social, organic channels of user acquisition. Brands are able to build & run personalised campaigns for targeted audiences based on demographics like age, gender, location, etc interests & habits but land all users with different personas and intent to the same storefront pages leading to leaky funnel. We’re working with some of the top eCommerce brands across the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer at Helium. The Product Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, using design thinking methodologies, and crafting visually appealing and efficient product designs. The role is located in Gurugram and the Product Designer will work closely with the Helium team to develop unique and innovative web storefronts for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team of creative superheroes to create designs that will make our users say "Wow!"
• Work on design at Helium across products - SaaS platform, eCommerce composable templates & components
• Day to day activities include working on wireframes, visual designs, and interactions for web
• Use your superpowers to ensure consistency and standardization in design by contributing to Helium’s design language
• Present your designs like a boss and articulate design strategy, rationale, and perspective to partners in various organizations and levels
• Work with the Engineering team to ensure fit-and-finish polish for each sprint

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design with Adobe suite and wireframing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• A passion for designing beautiful, usable, and accessible web experiences that will make users say "Wow!"
• Strong understanding of UX processes and usability principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but we'll consider your application even if you're a self-taught design wizard
