About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role combines both user experience design and visual communication, ideal for designers who can think strategically, design intuitively, and create visually compelling content.
You will work with product managers, marketers, developers, and senior designers to create seamless digital experiences and high-quality creative assets for branding, marketing, and product design.

Key Responsibilities1. User Research & UX Design

• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand customer needs.
• Analyze user behavior and derive insights for UX improvements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and responsive UI for web and mobile apps using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct usability testing and iteratively improve designs.

2. Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, ads, banners, and campaigns.
• Create branding assets such as logos, brochures, posters, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop icons, illustrations, and UI assets for digital platforms.
• Create YouTube thumbnails, digital banners, and promotional creatives.
• (Bonus) Create basic motion graphics, reels, and short animations.

3. Digital Media & Marketing Support

• Create high-quality creatives optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design email templates, landing page graphics, and campaign materials.
• Ensure all visual content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistency.

4. Collaboration & Project Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Development).
• Participate in design reviews and improve outputs based on feedback.
• Manage and deliver multiple design projects within deadlines.
• Ensure feasibility of designs during development and implementation.

Skills & QualificationsDesign Expertise

• 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX or graphic design.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to convert ideas into engaging visual concepts and intuitive user experiences.
• High attention to detail with a strong creative mindset.

Technical Skills

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (UI/UX)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Graphic Design)
• (Optional) After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of UX processes and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience designing for mobile apps and web products.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing design, and digital campaign assets.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX and graphic design work (mandatory).
