About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who also possesses strong front-end development skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging user interfaces, transforming design concepts into functional web pages, and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into clean, well-structured HTML/CSS code.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that balance functionality with design.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end development technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (theme customization, page builders, and custom coding).
• Knowledge of converting PSD to Figma, Figma to WordPress, and design-to-code workflows.
• Understanding of basic JavaScript/jQuery is a plus.
• Good eye for detail, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for design and development.
• Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools).

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
