UI/UX Designer & Developer

You are seeking a skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer and Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your role involves a deep grasp of user-centered design principles, exceptional visual design capabilities, and proficiency in converting designs into responsive HTML/CSS structures. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with various team members to comprehend project requirements and transform them into intuitive designs. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Moreover, designing top-notch user interfaces for web and mobile applications in line with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will be expected to convert designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript, conduct user research and usability testing, and ensure design feasibility and consistency with development teams. Staying abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and front-end development will be crucial. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, along with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and HTML/CSS/JavaScript work. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is necessary, as well as solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery for basic interactivity and understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research are essential. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are key requirements. Preferred skills that are considered advantageous include experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind, knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), familiarity with version control (Git), and basic understanding of front-end frameworks like React, Vue. Graphic design experience using Illustrator, Photoshop for creating visual assets will be beneficial.
