UI/UX Designer [Contract]

Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design. You will take charge of the entire design process, from conceptualizing user flows and wireframes to creating high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for our data-rich dashboards and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, with a specific focus on dashboards and mobile apps.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and iterate on existing designs.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Present and articulate design decisions to various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in dashboard design and mobile app (iOS/Android) UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sensibility for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
