UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company based in Nagpur, your role will involve designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for various platforms to enhance player and user experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing Game UI/UX: Create interfaces for in-game menus, HUDs, inventory systems, settings, and other interactive elements to support engaging gameplay experiences. - Developing Web & Mobile UI/UX: Design sleek and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on smooth navigation and clear visual hierarchy. - Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and functionality for games and applications. - Focusing on Player & User Experience: Ensure that UI/UX designs prioritize usability and immersive experiences for both gaming and web/mobile applications. - Collaborating with Development Teams: Work closely with game designers, developers, and product teams to refine UI/UX designs based on project goals and technical requirements. - Conducting User Testing & Research: Gather insights from usability testing and user research to refine designs based on feedback. - Optimizing Designs: Collaborate with developers to ensure UI designs perform well across multiple platforms and devices. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of design processes and assets for clarity and long-term maintainability. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other relevant software for game and web/mobile design projects. - Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel for creating designs. - Familiarity with game design principles and web/mobile design practices, with knowledge of gaming and web/mobile platforms. - Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges creatively while balancing aesthetic and functional needs.,
