AR Developer

As an Augmented Reality (AR) Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing immersive experiences that capitalize on augmented reality technologies. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with diverse teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to craft engaging and innovative applications. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing top-notch AR experiences for Unity and other platforms. You will work closely with designers and artists to transform ideas into interactive AR applications, integrating 3D models, animations, and user interfaces seamlessly into AR environments. Furthermore, you will be tasked with optimizing AR applications for performance across multiple platforms like mobile, desktop, and VR headsets. In this role, you will be required to implement user interactions and immersive experiences through various input methods such as motion controllers and hand tracking. Your duties will also encompass debugging, testing, and maintaining AR applications to ensure their stability and performance. Staying current with the latest AR technologies, tools, and industry trends will be vital, as you contribute to the overall design and development process of projects to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in AR development using tools like Unity3D or similar frameworks is essential. Additionally, you should have experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation, along with strong programming skills in languages such as C#, C++, or JavaScript. Familiarity with AR/VR SDKs and APIs like ARKit, ARCore, Oculus SDK, and SteamVR is preferred, as is knowledge of 3D graphics, game physics, and real-time rendering techniques. Experience in cross-platform development and optimization for various devices will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or within a team, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also important attributes for this role.,
