UI/UX Designer- Analytics- Tableau/Dashboards- 5 Years- Gurugram
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer who can design delightful user experiences and interfaces across web and mobile platforms. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to solve real user problems through research, ideation, design, and testing. Youll work in a collaborative environment alongside product managers, developers, and data teams to build intuitive, elegant, and user-centric products.
1. Translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions.
2. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
5. Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries for scalable product design
1. 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio across web and mobile products.
2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
4. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working closely with frontend developers.
5. Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and advocate for users in business discussions.
