Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team at ManekTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the company's goals.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality, user-centered design concepts for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards for consistent design across products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles, design thinking methodologies, and user experience best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating user-centered designs.
Ability to iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
