We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with proven experience in Figma and Flutter Flow to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role is ideal for an individual who thrives when working independently and has successfully led projects from concept to completion. If you have a keen eye for design, a strong portfolio of mobile app and desktop web application projects, and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

·     Design and develop user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.

·     Own the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.

·     Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.

·     Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and innovative tools in UI/UX design.

·     Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical team members across various geographical regions.

Required Qualifications

·     Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.

·     Demonstrable portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.

·     Ability to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.

·     Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·     Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

·     Immediate availability is highly desirable.
