Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong proficiency in design tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and storyboards to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
• Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications that are visually appealing and intuitive.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Produce high-quality graphics, icons, illustrations, and minimal 2D animations to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and improve design processes.
• Ensure seamless handoff of design specifications to development teams for accurate implementation.
• Develop design systems and component libraries to standardize UI across projects.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) to create innovative visual solutions and prompt-based illustrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, UI design, branding, and illustration skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices for multiple platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a passion for delivering visually compelling and functional designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in minimal 2D animations and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms for creative design.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing collateral design, and illustration.
• Exposure to front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) for effective design handoff.
• Ability to conceptualize and innovate design solutions for complex user experiences.
