UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as

    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Basic knowledge of usability testing and user research methods
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong visual design sense

Good to Have

  • Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
