We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 5-14 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences and will be responsible for designing user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the needs of users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Ability to conduct user research and analyze user feedback.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
