Location: IN - Hyderabad Telangana Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: M Bhavya Sree Sponsorship Available: No Relocation Assistance Available: No We are looking for a visionary and hands-on UI/UX Lead to guide the design and implementation of seamless, responsive, and accessible user experiences across our web and mobile products. This role combines design leadership, frontend technical expertise, and practice stewardship to support both delivery pods and a small Design & Experience CoE . You will act as a servant leader , enabling teams through design systems, implementation standards, and direct contribution, while fostering a culture of user-centricity, design maturity, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Strong background in user interface design, interaction design, and visual design Hands-on experience designing and building responsive web and mobile (PWA + native) interfaces Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Flutter Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG) Preferred Experience working in agile product teams across multiple delivery pods Familiarity with motion design, micro interactions, and design-to-code handoff workflows Knowledge of mobile platform guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field 9+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with minimum 2+ years in a leadership role Portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant, and responsive digital product experiences Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
