Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our fully remote team for a three-month unpaid internship. You will work on live SaaS product design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain industry-relevant experience. Successful interns may be offered a pre-placement (PPO) opportunity for a full-time paid role based on performance.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs for web and mobile products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into usable features.
Participate in user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
Help develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and stakeholder reviews.
Clearly document design decisions and communicate effectively in a remote setting.

Requirements

Portfolio or samples showcasing UI/UX work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and SaaS product design.
Awareness of current design trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with diverse teams.
