UiPath Developer - Hyderabad - Work From Office

Location: HITEC City

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

NOTE: 1st Technical interview is Virtual and 2nd Round will be Face to Face

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Solution Design and Development: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the coding, testing, and debugging of RPA bots, ensuring they operate as intended and meet quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical design documents, process design documents, and process maps.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the development and deployment of RPA processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology and implement new technologies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an RPA developer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing RPA solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in UiPath and a solid understanding of software development principles. Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is advantageous.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
