Job Description

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: Role Overview: - Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. - Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and interactive mockups. - Ensure consistency across platforms and adherence to design systems and branding. Key Responsibilities: - Design marketing materials such as banners, social media graphics, brochures, email templates, and presentations. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, colors, and visual elements. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign visuals and product launches. - Work with print and digital media, ensuring accurate formats and output specs. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX & Graphic Design. - Any Graduate degree. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software. - Strong understanding of design principles and trends in UI/UX and graphic design.
