Role Overview: As a UI/UX Lead at WinZO, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the design strategy for the platform, serving millions of users worldwide. Your role will involve not only enhancing existing designs but also leading the creation of user-centric solutions that align with business goals. You will be responsible for driving impactful projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and fostering innovation in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Design Leadership: Define and implement a user-centric design strategy that supports business objectives. Mentor the team, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with product design. - Design Ownership: Manage the entire design lifecycle, from planning to execution, to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences. - Optimization and Enhancement: Continuously improve design systems, flows, and components to enhance user experience and meet evolving business needs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on user and business requirements, ensuring design feasibility and consistency. - User Research and Insights: Lead user research efforts, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design enhancements and prototypes. - Design Innovation: Identify opportunities to incorporate cutting-edge design trends and tools that elevate creativity and differentiate the product. Qualifications Required: - Experience in UI/UX design with a track record of leading teams and delivering large-scale projects. - Demonstrated ability to design high-impact user experiences with measurable outcomes. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user flows, and usability principles. - Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Experience in managing and growing design teams, fostering collaboration, and continuous learning. - Exceptional Communication: Clear articulation of design ideas to stakeholders and effective incorporation of feedback. - Data-Driven Design: Proficiency in usability testing, A/B testing, and using analytics to guide design decisions. - Technical Acumen: Familiarity with front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams. - Problem-Solving and Vision: Critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges and develop solutions aligned with long-term product goals. - Knowledge of Adobe's design products like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver. You should be familiar with the following tools: - UX Tools: Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD. - UI Animation and Prototyping: Flinto, Principle, Framer, or similar tools. - Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator. - Publishing Tools: Zeplin, Sympli.
