KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Own design across a large product space, with multiple interaction elements with end customers Leads design initiatives independently with minimal direction Pushes for the latest in design trends, is an advocate of the customer, rallies stakeholders with their thought, and executes in conjunction with product heads and other designers Submit product wireframe and adapt to requirement changes Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and p management Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user’s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product Enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards OTHER Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS BS/MS degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience 8-12 experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple organizations and drive alignment Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced environment, working on ambiguous and challenging projects Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly or remotely with developers for implementation of customer experiences Experience with best practices for information architecture and design, as well as experience with usability principles and techniques Proficiency in a variety of design tools (eg. Sketch, InVision, Framer JS, Flinto, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Zeplin) Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. #LI-SR1
