Job Title — Frontend UI Designer & Developer (1 Opening) Location: Sultanpur City / Remote(If Application) Employment Type: Full-time Education: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA or Any Diploma Certification in Frontend UI Designer & Developer  About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Frontend UI Designer & Developer who can design pixel-perfect website templates in Photoshop and turn them into efficient, responsive HTML5/CSS3 pages. You’ll work closely with product, UX and backend teams to ship high-quality, performant web experiences and contribute original ideas to the product design & development process. Key responsibilities Create high-fidelity website and App Design Convert PSD/Sketch/Figma designs into clean, semantic HTML / HTML5 and responsive CSS3. Implement layouts using at least one HTML5 framework (Bootstrap preferred). Optimize CSS and page load performance (critical-path CSS, file size, critical rendering path). Collaborate with backend and QA teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliveries. Translate UX wireframes into interactive interfaces and prototype as needed. Maintain visual consistency and accessibility best practices across pages. Suggest and adopt current frontend development trends and scripting techniques. Troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-device issues. Required skills & experience Strong, demonstrable experience designing in Photoshop (or similar). Hands-on experience with HTML / HTML5 and CSS / CSS3 (responsive, mobile-first). Experience using an HTML5 framework (Bootstrap v3/4/5 or equivalent). Proven knowledge of CSS performance optimization techniques (minification, critical CSS, lazy loading, bundling). Ability to independently visualize and produce website designs from brief. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Nice-to-have Experience with a JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular). Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Gulp, npm scripts). Knowledge of version control (Git). Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO-friendly markup. Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass / LESS). Soft skills Problem solver who can balance design quality vs implementation constraints. Detail-oriented with a strong visual eye. Comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback.
