Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  for social media and online marketing campaigns.
• Develop

  advertisement creatives

  tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create

  visually appealing and high-converting ad content.

• Ensure all designs are optimized for

  performance, branding, and user engagement.

• Work on A/B testing for ad creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with

  social media trends, platform guidelines, and digital design innovations.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2+ years

  of experience in graphic design and digital marketing campaigns.

• Tools & Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, or other design tools.

• Hands-on experience with

  Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.

• Strong understanding of

  social media advertising trends and audience engagement strategies.

• Ability to create

  high-performing ad creatives and social media graphics.

• Creative thinker with a

  strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
