UI & UX Designer

Job Overview: As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real projects that will be deployed live. You will play a key role in various stages of the design process, from conducting research to creating wireframes and prototypes. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in conducting comprehensive user research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests. Aiding in the creation of user personas, journey maps, and flows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Working alongside senior designers to produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user and business requirements. Contributing to the establishment and upkeep of design systems and UI component libraries. Participating in brainstorming sessions and offering valuable feedback on product designs. Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design coherence and alignment with business objectives. Iterating on designs based on feedback and testing outcomes. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Basic grasp of UX/UI principles and design thinking. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in resolving intricate design challenges. Ability to embrace constructive feedback and iterate swiftly. Excellent communication skills and adeptness at working collaboratively within a team. Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including coursework or personal projects. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
