UI / UX Designer

We’re seeking an exceptional Figma Designer who specializes in scroll-driven, animation-rich UI/UX design. If you love crafting smooth-scrolling experiences, advanced prototypes, and interfaces that feel alive, this role is for you. You’ll design production-ready interfaces in Figma with detailed animation specs developers can implement using GSAP and Locomotive Scroll. What You’ll Do - Advanced Figma Prototyping & Animation - Create interactive, scroll-driven prototypes with micro-interactions and parallax effects - Design smooth transitions, reveal effects, and scroll-based transformations - Build animation timelines, easing curves, and transition maps inside Figma - Prototype pin/scrub animations, horizontal sections, and immersive motion sequences - Document hover, click, and state transitions for developer implementation UI Design Excellence - Craft beautiful, modern, and functional interfaces with pixel-perfect precision - Build scalable design systems using Figma components and variants - Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile - Apply modern trends — glassmorphism, gradients, bold typography, and dark mode themes UX Design & User Experience - Design intuitive user flows and wireframes - Balance aesthetics with usability and accessibility - Design for performance and responsiveness - Conduct design thinking sessions to solve user challenges Technical Handoff & Collaboration - Document animation specs: timing, easing, scroll triggers, and breakpoints - Prepare developer-ready handoffs using Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin - Collaborate closely with frontend developers implementing GSAP / Locomotive Scroll - Provide motion documentation and frame-by-frame sequences Figma Expertise - 1–2+ years of experience in advanced Figma prototyping - Deep understanding of Smart Animate, Variables, Variants, and Auto-Layout - Proven experience designing animation-heavy, scroll-driven interfaces - Strong portfolio showcasing modern, interactive websites UI/UX Knowledge - Strong understanding of UI principles: typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy - UX fundamentals: user flows, wireframing, information architecture - Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards Animation & Motion Thinking - Knowledge of scroll-triggered animations, parallax, and scrubbing - Understanding of easing functions, timing curves, and motion principles - Awareness of GSAP ScrollTrigger and Locomotive Scroll concepts Tools - Figma (primary), FigJam, Adobe XD - Supporting: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva - Handoff tools: Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin
