Role Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in Agile workflows to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions using

  Google Forms, Hotjar, Lookback

  , etc.
• Work on interactive and

  3D-heavy applications

  (e-commerce, visualization tools, gaming platforms).
• Create compelling user experiences for SaaS, e-commerce, or design-focused applications.
• Ensure smooth developer handoff with

  CSS/SVG exports

  and maintain design versioning via

  Figma/Abstract

  .
• Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Design (Graphic, UI/UX, or Interaction Design), Fine Arts, or related fields from reputed institutes (NIFT Kolkata, Srishti, or equivalent).
• Alternatively, 2+ years of equivalent professional experience with a

  strong design portfolio

  .

• Experience:

• 5+ years overall, with at least 2–3 years in UI/UX design for web or mobile apps.
• Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, interior design, or architecture platforms is highly desirable.
• Exposure to

  interactive or 3D-heavy applications

  is a strong plus.

• Tools & Technologies:

• Design Tools:

  Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Prototyping:

  Figma, InVision, Marvel for interactive mockups.

• Collaboration:

  JIRA, Trello, Slack for Agile workflows.

• Research & Testing:

  Google Forms, Hotjar, Lookback.

• Versioning:

  Abstract or Figma’s built-in version control.

• Frontend Support:

  Basic CSS/SVG export knowledge for developer collaboration.
