UI UX Designer

As a UI UX Designer at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for developing wireframes and journey flows based on user needs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Designers and Developers to create intuitive and user-friendly software. Understanding product specifications and user psychology will be crucial in ensuring the success of the projects you work on. You will conduct concept and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for further improvements. Additionally, creating personas through user research and data analysis will be part of your responsibilities. You will define the right interaction model and evaluate its success to enhance the overall user experience. Developing wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs and finding creative solutions to UX problems will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should work closely with UI designers to implement attractive designs and effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends is essential to ensure the competitiveness of our software solutions. Your proven experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer, along with a strong portfolio of design projects, will be valuable assets in this role. Having a background in project management and research, as well as familiarity with interaction design and information architecture, will contribute to your success. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, as well as tools like UXPin and Balsamiq, is necessary. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred, with JavaScript being a plus. Problem-solving aptitude, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are qualities that will help you thrive in this role.
