UI UX Designer

We are looking for a UI UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. Your responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and creating navigation components. As a UI UX Designer, your tasks will involve crafting visually appealing designs for digital products such as websites and mobile apps. You will be responsible for conceptualizing the visual aspects of a product, including its layout, color schemes, and interactive elements. Your focus will be on ensuring the overall user experience is intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable. Additionally, you will create prototypes and wireframes to visualize product designs before full-scale development, collaborating closely with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the intended design. Your role will also entail aligning design objectives with product management goals to meet business requirements effectively. You will need to facilitate communication between various departments, such as marketing and engineering, to ensure a cohesive product strategy. Presenting designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval will be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and demographics, utilizing insights gathered to inform design decisions that meet real user requirements. Implementing user testing methods like A/B testing, usability testing, and user interviews will help you gather feedback to enhance the design and functionality of the product iteratively. To qualify for this position, you should have proven work experience as a UI UX Designer and possess a portfolio demonstrating your design work for both web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision, as well as up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma, is essential. Strong communication skills, time-management abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with various stakeholders are key requirements for this role. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience design, or a related field is typically required, along with expertise in user research methodologies and prototyping tools. A basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be advantageous for this position.,
