Job Title: UI Developer (Flutter + Python)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI Developer with expertise in Flutter for front-end/mobile development and Python for backend or integration tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience building cross-platform applications with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate Flutter apps with backend services written in Python.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in both mobile UI and backend integration.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Flutter, Python, and UI/UX trends.

Must-Have Skills

• Flutter (Dart) – strong experience in building mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Python – backend development (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred).
• API integration (RESTful APIs, JSON).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with state management in Flutter (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Push Notifications, Firestore).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to unit testing & automation frameworks.
