About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Adobe XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate closely with designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless UI integration.
• Maintain and enhance existing UI components, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment.
• Optimize UI performance, page load time, and responsiveness across devices.
• Implement reusable UI patterns, style guides, and design systems.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights for UI feasibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven ability to create responsive and adaptive layouts across devices.
• Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility, UI performance, and design precision.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Gulp, or Vite).
• Exposure to UI frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or Material UI.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) for component-driven UI.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and state management (Redux, Context API).
• Understanding of UI accessibility standards and semantic markup.
• Exposure to animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie).
