job requisition idJR1024312 Job Summary Synechron is seeking a talented and dedicated UI Developer (Angular) to join our innovative digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, responsive web applications leveraging Angular (v6 and above). You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver user-centric solutions that align with business goals. Your expertise will enable the creation of seamless and engaging interfaces, contributing directly to our clients digital transformation initiatives. Software Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands-on experience in Angular (v6 and above) Proven experience in building modular, scalable, and maintainable web applications Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with modern web development tools, such as Visual Studio Code, version control systems (Git or Bitbucket), and build tools Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with Angular best practices, component-driven architecture, and performance optimization techniques Preferred Skills: Experience with Angular Material or other UI component libraries Knowledge of RESTful API integration Experience with state management frameworks (NgRx, Akita) Understanding of progressive web applications (PWAs) Overall Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using Angular Write clean, modular, and well-documented code aligned with company standards Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance, responsiveness, and usability Optimize application performance through profiling and code refinement Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to uphold best practices Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, techniques, and tools and evaluate their potential application Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages: EssentialJavaScript, TypeScript PreferredES6+, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS Frameworks & Libraries: EssentialAngular (v6 and above) PreferredAngular Material, NgRx, RxJS Development Tools & Technologies: EssentialVisual Studio Code, Git/Bitbucket, npm/yarn, Webpack or equivalent build tools PreferredJenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Browser developer tools Design & UX: Responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, adherence to UI/UX best practices Backend & API Integration: REST API consumption and integration, JSON handling Other Technologies: Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards Experience Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular frameworks Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale, responsive web applications Experience working in Agile development environments Domain experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus Alternative pathways include substantial project work, freelance work, or contributions to open-source projects demonstrating Angular expertise Day-to-Day Activities Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces aligned with project specifications Collaborate with UX designers to implement visual and interaction designs Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality Debug and resolve issues promptly to meet project timelines and quality standards Integrate front-end code with RESTful services and backend systems Keep abreast of new Angular features, libraries, and best practices for continuous improvement Document technical designs, coding standards, and implementation details Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Relevant certifications in Angular or front-end development are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in front-end development, with a strong portfolio or code samples Professional Competencies Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Ability to interpret UI/UX designs into functional interfaces Self-motivated learner with a passion for staying updated with front-end technologies Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Adaptability to evolving project requirements and technology landscapes
