UI Designer

You will be joining m56 Studios, Bangalore as a UI Designer, where we focus on designing, developing, and operating engaging digital and mobile experiences for global brands, celebrities, and media companies. Your main responsibility will be to translate ideas into user-friendly products for our clients by understanding the visual language, designing graphic elements, and building components. Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have experience with relevant design tools and a professional portfolio showcasing your work with web/mobile applications. As a UI Designer at m56 Studios, your responsibilities will include collaborating with product management, UX, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. You will be involved in all visual design stages, from hi-fidelity mocks to the final hand-off to engineering. It is essential to have a strong understanding of visual aesthetics for web and mobile platforms and the ability to conceptualize original ideas that enhance user-friendliness in design. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven work experience as a UI Designer or in a similar position, along with a diverse portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in creating UI, graphic design, or illustrations using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools is required. You should possess excellent visual design skills, a good understanding of user-system interaction, and the ability to present and sell your designs to stakeholders effectively. Moreover, staying updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies is crucial. Being a team player with strong communication skills is important for successful collaboration with various stakeholders. Additionally, having good time-management skills and the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively will contribute to your success in this role. Experience with After Effects or 3D design would be considered a bonus, especially if you have prior gaming experience, as a significant portion of our products are games.
