Job Description

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications. Your primary tasks will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. You will conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the best user experience. Collaboration with product and development teams is essential to maintain design systems and style guides. Key Responsibilities: - Build and design user interfaces using agreed design systems in tools like Figma or Adobe XD. - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and leads. - Utilize wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas effectively. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance. - Ensure consistency in style, fonts, colors, and images to maintain design standards. - Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness issues. - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and make necessary changes to correct errors. - Present design concepts and ideas to colleagues, executives, and clients effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a UI/UX designer. - Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Proficiency in Figma. - Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in-person.,
