UI and UX Designer

As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will be responsible for generating ideas and concepts while possessing strong composition, color, design, typography, and layout skills. Your role will involve creating UI designs for web portals, mobile sites, and mobile apps, as well as Ads, Posters, Brochures, Flyers, Logos, Web templates, and Corporate Presentations. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, Animation, and 3D Graphics will be essential for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, designing graphics mockups, responsive web layouts, Mobile Apps, Posters, and Image editing. You will collaborate with developers to integrate web layouts with code and create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas effectively. Additionally, you will establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards, and make necessary changes as required. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate good knowledge of web and graphic design, stay updated on the latest designing frameworks like Bootstrap, visualize GUI designs effectively, and understand printing requirements such as CMYK/RGB color modes, artwork bleed, and crop marks. Proficiency in After Effects or InDesign, user experience knowledge, web standards, optimization, and best practices will be considered advantageous. Ideal candidates will have a passion for web design, typography, color theory, and web visitor conversions. They should be committed to delivering high-quality projects, enjoy creating viral marketing pieces, and possess a high level of design skill and technical proficiency. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative will be essential for success in this role. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in multimedia, web development, graphic design, fine arts, BFA, MFA, or related courses.
