UI and UX Designer

As a UI/UX designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Your role will involve working with clients to understand detailed requirements and using UX design best practices to create solutions. Your expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and similar tools will be essential for this role. Additionally, your ability to work on complex solutions for complete digital environments will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize UX software tools to create user-centered design solutions - Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences - Implement mobile-first and responsive design principles - Iterate designs efficiently based on feedback and testing - Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to teams and clients - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in UX and design Qualifications Required: - Three or more years of UX design experience - Proficiency in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer - Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript - Understanding of user-centered design principles and testing methodologies - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team model - Passion for UX, design, and innovation You will be part of a team that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.
