About the Company:

Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP) is a leading educational publishing house known for creating innovative and engaging learning content for schools across India. We are expanding our digital content team and seeking a UGC (User-Generated Content) Video Creator to produce creative, engaging, high-quality video content for our online platforms.

Position Overview:

The UGC Video Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing short- and long-format video content that promotes GBP’s educational products and brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate should have a strong on-camera presence, storytelling ability, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, anchoring, or video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create UGC-style short and long videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop educational, promotional, and engaging content aligned with GBP’s brand tone and target audience.
• Write scripts and storyboards for video shoots.
• Shoot and edit videos using tools or apps suitable for social media content creation.
• Research trending video formats, hashtags, and styles to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for content planning and scheduling.
• Ensure all videos are consistent with brand guidelines and educational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video content creation, anchoring, or UGC video production.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Good communication and on-camera presentation skills.
• Basic video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Experience in educational or publishing-related content will be an added advantage.
