Role Overview

Monthly Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce original photo and video content featuring STITCH STORIES apparel — styling, product demos, “day-to-night” looks, behind-the-scenes, try-on hauls, etc.
• Create UGC that feels genuine, audience-driven and aligned with our brand voice and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the marketing/design team to brainstorm campaign ideas, seasonal themes, and influencer-led content.
• Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest) and adapt for paid social when needed.
• Track content performance, provide insights on what’s working (engagement, shares, saves) and iterate.
• Maintain a regular content calendar aligned with new-arrivals, collections, launches, sales events.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience creating UGC for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
• Strong visual storytelling skills: good sense of framing, lighting, editing (mobile or desktop).
• Comfortable in front of camera or directing/producing shoots.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) trends and formats.
• Creative mindset: you bring ideas, not just execution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback, pivot fast.
• A passion for women’s fashion and an ability to reflect STITCH STORIES’ aesthetic (modern, stylish, versatile).
• Based in Delhi NCR with ability to work in person 6 days a week

Nice to Have:

• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
• Experience working with micro-influencers or coordinating collaborations.
• A portfolio or reel of UGC content you’ve created.
• Strong personal Instagram presence (optional but helpful).
