We’re looking for someone who understands Twitter the way writers understand silence. Someone who sees it not as a feed, but as a pulse — a stream of unfinished thoughts, questions, contradictions, truths.

Invsify has been finding its people there. Now we want to go deeper.

What this role is really about

Not posting.

Not scheduling content.

Not branding.

It’s about:

• Listening before speaking.
• Writing thoughts that make people stop, think, respond.
• Being present in conversations — not trying to control them.
• Turning attention into trust, and trust into action.

You might be right for this if:

• You don’t “use” Twitter — you live in it.
• You care more about clarity than cleverness.
• You understand the rhythm of a timeline — when to speak, when to wait.
• You know how to compress something true into 280 characters, without losing its soul.
• You don’t chase virality. You create signal.

What you’ll do

• Write daily — threads, replies, questions, answers.
• Enter conversations as a human, not a brand.
• Translate complex financial ideas into simple ideas people want to share.
• Build repeatable formats that people look forward to.
• Track what moves people — clicks, replies, profile visits — and refine.
• Turn moments into narratives. Turn narratives into reasons to try Invsify.

What you’ve probably done already

• Grown your own or someone else’s Twitter into a real community.
• Written something that started a conversation.
• Seen a trend early — and shaped it instead of chasing it.
• Built trust without ever saying “trust me.”

What success looks like

• People don’t just read our tweets — they respond, quote, argue, build on them.
• Twitter becomes one of our strongest channels for discovery.
• Our followers don’t feel like an audience. They feel like early users of an idea being built in public.
