This role is an opportunity to join as a founding engineer, shape the technical culture, and directly influence the future of wealth-tech in India. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Invsify’s full-stack platform, including frontend, backend, and APIs. Develop and integrate AI-driven modules such as profiling, portfolio optimization, and conversational financial planning. Work on data persistence and architecture using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy. Collaborate with the founder and product team to translate financial models into scalable software. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security in cloud-native environments. Drive technical decisions, set best practices, and help define the engineering culture. Requirements 3+ years of experience in full-stack engineering. Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js, with experience using Tailwind and shadcn UI. Strong backend skills with Python (FastAPI) or Go (Gin/GORM). Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL. Exposure to AI/ML integration, including LLMs, embeddings, or ML APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, PyTorch). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Startup mindset: ownership-driven, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity.
